At Co-Mo Connect, we are always striving to find ways to give back to our community and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Today, we are excited to introduce you to an easy and powerful way to help contribute to that effort through a program called Operation Round Up!
In the past, this program was only open to our electric members, but you can now participate as a Co-Mo Connect subscriber as well!

What is Operation Round Up?
Operation Round Up is a voluntary program where we “round up” your monthly electric bill to the nearest dollar. For example, if your bill is $74.65, it will be rounded up to $75.00. The extra 35 cents goes directly into a community fund overseen by the Co-Mo Cares Board dedicated to supporting local charitable organizations, emergency services, educational initiatives, community projects, and more.
Why Participate?

Minimal Contribution, Maximum Impact:
On average, the contribution is just 50 cents per month! However, when combined with contributions from other cooperative members, it results in substantial funding for local causes.
Community Support:
Your small change can make a big difference. Funds raised through Operation Round Up help provide vital services and support to those in need within our community.
Transparency and Accountability:
Every penny collected goes back to our community. We provide regular updates on how the funds are being used, so you can see the positive impact your contributions are making.

A recent example of these funds going to worthy causes in the community happened just last year when The Co-Mo Cares board of trustees gave $3,000 to enGAGE Mobility’s effort to help a family local to Tipton get a much-needed wheelchair van!
Together, we can create a ripple effect of generosity and support that reaches far and wide in our community. Join us in making a difference – one penny at a time!
