Rick J. Everhart, Sr. – Stover
It is with great passion and enthusiasm that I respectfully submit my application for re-election to serve on Co-Mo Electric’s Board of Directors. Over the last two terms I have earned my CCD (Credentialed Cooperative Director) and my BLC (Board Leadership Certificate) by completing the required courses provided by the NRECA.
I have experience in various IT disciplines over the past 30+ years. Our family owned computer stores (Micro-Tek) supplied servers, pc’s, network solutions as well as internet services (ISP/WISP) to our rural communities for many years. I have served on the non-profit Versailles and Stover animal shelter boards in the past and I am currently on the Co-Mo Electric board serving as secretary.
With having all four phases of our fiber to the home project complete, our technology has opened up a lot of opportunities for our Cooperative. I feel that our coop plays a vital role in our infrastructure in mid missouri as it opens doors for new business that would not have been possible 5 years ago. I am very optimistic about our future growth and opportunities for our Cooperative. This would have not been possible without the dedication and hard work of our CEO, Management and Staff. With your support I will continue to do the best I can for all our member-owners.
“It is an honor to serve our cooperative and I am grateful for the opportunity.”
