Craig Michael Allee – California
I am seeking re-election to the Co-Mo Electric Board of Directors. I’m currently finishing my second term as a director for Co-Mo Electric and I’m also serving as secretary of our subsidiary Co-Mo Connect broadband services. I have been past committee chairman of the Moniteau and Morgan County Farm Service Agency, past board member of the Moniteau County R-III school district, as well as being involved with many other community groups and organizations. My wife and I have been lifelong members of the cooperative.
For the past 15 years, my wife and I have owned and operated a commercial land improvement business serving all areas of the state. My wife, along with our two grown sons, have been actively involved in agriculture our entire lives. I believe that the variety of experiences that I have had would make me a good candidate to continue serving the members. The members have entrusted me with the fiduciary responsibility to see that the cooperative is operated in a manner consistent with the Cooperative’s bylaws, as well as all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
I actively seek member interaction to help relay to them as much information as possible about their cooperative on a variety of issues including rate structure, ROW management etc.
If given the opportunity to serve the members with another term, I’d continue to give the membership as much information as I can about the cooperative that they own.
