Energy Audits

Conducting an energy audit is a good investment. Co-Mo can provide your business or home with one complementary walk-through energy evaluation per metered account. A well-trained Co-Mo employee will come to your home or business, walk through the building with you and discuss measures you can implement to save energy — and money! Many of the things you can do to save energy are low-cost solutions that you can do yourself. There are more expensive solutions such as installing a ground source heat pump and replacing inefficient appliances with energy efficient appliances.

If you’d like to go into more depth to find more comprehensive solutions, Co-Mo partners with your local Community Action Agencies to offer an onsite energy audit with blower door testing to help you save energy and money.  Simply complete the Energy Use Survey and return it with $100, which is your portion of the expense for this service.
